If you use Glyphs then there’s a script to retract handles in Rainer’s github repository. That will do wonders for file size, but review your outlines and fix large curves.2 -

The stencil cuts in B and R feel obvious compared to the way you’ve altered the lowercase letters to work as stencils.1 -
